Our educational services in the MOTORSPORT sector include race track trainings for car drivers & motorbike riders with special training and coaching for race drivers. We provide furthermore concepts for training track marshals and race track staff, as well as offering a high-performance driving & drift training. We are further involved in the FIA Institute Young and the Driver Excellence Academy.

FIA YOUNG DRIVER EXCELLENCE ACADEMY

The academy was developed and hosted by TTI for the FIA Institute. Alex Wurz was Performance director for a program which trained and educated young race drivers from around the world. Academy participants can now be found in all top end motorsport categories, from F1 to Rally Cross, from Indy Car to Rally, from touring cars to sportscars. TTI methods and training facilities offered the perfect training for the best junior drivers in the world!
WEST RACE DAY

A world-first multinational talent search by the tobacco brand and title sponsor of the McLaren F1 Team. In multiple key markets thousands of participants took part in kart races across Europe where a final 24 drivers were selected. The Final, the West Race Day on the Brno race track in Czech Republic saw a shootout for the lucky winner to drive Mika Hakkinen’s, McLaren Formula 1 car at full speed, on live national television. TTI was the trusted partner of West to host the selection and handling of all driving activities, training and safety.
W SERIES SELECTION

W Series is ground-breaking racing series for women that launched in October 2018. From day one, the ambitions have been big and they’ll only get bigger. The series was created to shake up the industry, push aside stereotypes and change the face of motorsport, quite literally. In late January of 2019 before the season started TTI was the trusted partner of W Series to host the selection and handling of all driving activities, training, and assessment. In the end 28 successful qualifier-drivers have made it through to the next stage of the W Series selection process.

From Zero to Hero
Personal Coaching is the most individual and concentrated way of improving the driving style and behaviour of education and / or training programme participants. Test & Training International offers a broad variety of motorsport training programmes. Participants can also design their own training programme with the instructor. All training programmes are realised on a modular basis, from basic to advanced and professional driver courses.
Special motorsport coaching for future race drivers (Race Driver Academy scenario) are also part of the portfolio as well as individual High-speed and drift training for motorsport enthusiasts.
Test & Training International provides experienced instructors, Race, Rally and Formula 1 drivers as personal trainers, to ensure the highest possible quality.

By using its own developed Video and Audio Data Recording System - the pdrive system®, Test & Training International provides individual assessment and training programmes programmes in the driver’s own (Race or Rally Car) vehicle.
